Just got your latest survey. Needed a final comments box. I have never retired a KK, just bought parts I lost or broke (driving over the lid after it fell off the car isn't normal use? Are you not parents?). In any case, it's time for my standard "when are we getting leak proof wide mouthed KK Cafe lids or sport lids"? Both would be an amazing mid product lifecycle refresh and would help you determine how many insulated KKs are still in service

I don't know if anyone from the company reads this, but something has got to be done about the tops of the insulated bottles. They can't be opened by human hands, it's ridiculous. Yes it needs to be tight, yes there needs to be a good seal - but you do know that Hydro Flask has accomplished the same thing in a much-easier-to-open way? Take the Klean Kanteen to the gym and the big ole body builders can't even open it. I so wanted to love this flask but it's killing my hands to open it. I'd soon go thirsty. It discourages you from actually using it. Back to the drawing board on that one. But at least it was the most expensive. :(

Calling all Klean Kanteen owners! It has come to our attention, belatedly, that a 27-ounce Classic Kanteen was left somewhere in the Trinity Alps over Labor Day Weekend. Is it yours?
If you can confirm some details (color, cap, place it was left or better yet, submit a photo from before or during the trip), we'll gladly return it to its rightful person!
