CHACO FOOTWEAR AND THOMAS RHETT TEAM UP ON FISHING INSPIRED SUMMER COLLECTION

 ROCKFORD, Mich. (April 28, 2022) – Chaco Footwear, the iconic outdoor lifestyle brand, and multi-PLATINUM selling country artist Thomas Rhett have announced the newest Chaco x Thomas Rhett collaboration. The line expands upon last year’s successful collection and is designed to encourage adventure.  

 

The limited-edition sandals are inspired by Thomas Rhett’s love for the outdoors and memories on the river with his family. With two different patterns available in both adult and children’s sizes, the collection features the vibrant colors of the rainbow trout and the brook trout. 

“Getting out and being in the river with my wife, family or friends is one of the most peaceful ways that we get to spend time together. Those moments, when I’m 60 or 70 years old and looking back, are going to stand out as some of my favorite memories,” said Thomas Rhett. 

The 2022 Chaco x Thomas Rhett Collection includes the Brook Trout and Rainbow Trout patterns. For adults, each print will be available in the Z/1 Classic, MSRP $110; Z/2 Classic, MSRP $110; and Chillos Slide, MSRP $55. For kids, they will be available in the Z/1 Ecotread, sizes 11-5, MSRP $65. 

“One of the main reasons I wanted to make sure we added a kid’s line is that I want our kids to feel a part of this,” said Thomas Rhett. “I cannot wait to see entire families in these shoes all over the country this year and have that encourage them to get out and do something adventurous together.”

Proceeds from each children’s sandal sale will be donated to Love One International—providing access to life-saving medical care to children in Uganda; and a donation made to Trout Unlimited, a non-profit dedicated to conserving freshwater streams, rivers, and associated upland habitats for trout, salmon, and other aquatic species.  

Chaco Z/Sandals are built with minimal parts for maximum adventure. They are made with a single strap so each pair can be adjusted for a custom fit and are repairable; every year, more than 20,000 well-loved pairs are repaired at the ReChacofacility in Rockford, MI.
